Recovery Coaching

Recovery coaching is for those working in recovery from a pattern of addictive behaviors:

  • Alcohol
  • Drugs
  • Sex and Love issues
  • Relationships and Codependency, including affairs
  • Disordered Eating (over eating, binge eating, withholding, binge/purge with exercise)
  • Excessive working, working to escape or validate
  • Shopping
  • High-risk activities

This discipline is most appropriate if you are in a program of recovery, and seeking assistance in making choices to promote an accountable and healthy lifestyle.

Possible areas to investigate:

  • What changes have you made to support your new life in recovery
  • Identify blind spots, areas where behaviors may be coming out “sideways”
  • Keeping and maintaining healthy boundaries, aligned with your core values and beliefs
